Do you already feel overwhelmed with your “to do” list and obligations to family and work? If so, it might be time to start saying no. IT is hard for people to say no because they do not want to disappoint others, but you have to know what your limitations are, so you don’t drain yourself constantly. Maybe there is too much on your shoulders right now and you have to say no the doing that extra project or volunteer job. Wanting to do help is great but is it too much for you. If you are feeling overwhelmed, then sometimes you need to say no and not take anything more on. What are some ways you can say no?

Saying no does not mean you cannot do something ever. it just means you choose not do it at this time!
